NearFX draws as needed upon a group of highly experienced oil and gas professionals, most with 30+ years experience. Our focus is on adding value to clients through the efficient generation or portfolio management of plays and prospects, and in better operations for extracting value. Disciplines covered include advanced seismic interpretation and geology skills, seismic inversion, petrophysics, pore pressure studies, the design of advanced processing flows, seal studies, onshore 3D design and supervision, petroleum systems work, stratigraphy and sedimentation, project planning, rock physics, structural geology and play based exploration. 

NearFX is built on a virtual collaborative model, where subject matter experts reside on four continents (most in Houston, but also in North and South America, Europe and Australia), and work together using advanced collaborative software. We tailor our projects to the budget and timeline agreed upon, and stress good client communication. Clients are able to access our collaborative work real time through a secure portal, and are provided with thoroughly described deliverables. On site work is provided as needed.
